Bernard McHale, CFO

Bernard McHale has a BA in Business and Finance. He was a significant investor in the company before joining Schimatic. He was initially a director, and then became an officer in order to initiate and institute an administrative and fiscal discipline policy that has allowed the company to resolve many past issues that have been adversely affecting the company.

Mr. Bernard F. McHale has served as Treasurer and Director since May 2002. During his thirty-year financial services career, Mr. McHale has worked in management and marketing for Shearson American Express, Prudential, Metropolitan, and founded the Mid America Capital Group Ltd. which he has managed since 1995. Mr. McHale previously concluded a twenty-year U.S. Navy career, during which he earned his B.A. in Business Management and Finance.
